hi there, i would like to make a complaint towards citroen and colliers dealership as i had a brand new citroen C1 in december brand new 59 plate, i took the car out on the 3 year finance deal and i am paying £150 per month. i am not happy at all with the service they have provided as i noticed a knocking noise coming from my engine. as soon as i hurd the knocking noise i rang citroen and booked my car in straight away to be looked at. it was booked in for wednesday the 8th of september. it is now the 14th of september and since my car has been in, i have not been called once, i have had to ring myself about my car to see what is going on. i was told at first that the timing hub on my car had gone and that they were replacing in with a new one and that my car would be due to be picked up tuesday the 13th of september. when i rang tuesday the 13th i was then told that my exhaust back end had gone on my car and that they was fitting a new back end to it and that my car would deffinatly be ready for me to pick up on wednesday the 14th of september mid day time. as i had not hurd anything from citroen wednesday the 14th, i called them myself to ask if my car was ready to be told that my car actualy needs a brand new engine fitted as the noise is still knocking! and that it could take upto 1 week for the new engine to arrive. i am very annoyed as i told them that the knocking noise came from the engine to start with and it has only just been picked up on! also i am paying £150 per month for my car and im not even able to use it as its still in the garage. i was also told that i would be able to use a courtesy at no extra fee’s as it was a manufacturing fault and my car is under 3 years warranty, although when i asked about getting one after finding out i need now to wait for a new engine, i was told i need to contact my insurance and may have to pay a fee to them! i feel the service i have recived has been very poor and very unhelpful. i have also tried to find a forum on colliers and citroen to right about my complaint on there and cannot find one! i will continue to look for the forum as i would not like other people to be treated the way i have been!! i think it is discusting that i have been treated the way i have been and would like some anwsers please?
